T. Jeyarani is currently a Sr. Technical Officer in the Department of Dept. of Food Safety & Analytical Quality Control Laboratory (FSAQCL) Central Food Technological Research Institute, India. She completed B.Sc. 1986 Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai Chemistry (Major) Physics & Maths (Ancillary) M.Sc. 1989 Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai Chemistry M.Phil 1990 Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai Electrochemistry Ph.D 2005 Mysore University, Mysore -- Food Science.
