Biography
Currently employed as senior technical officer (1) in CFRTI. She is a knowlegable person with expertise in agricultural science,processing technology, biotechnology, functional foods and millets.
Research Interest
Her research interets includes processing of millets and pseudo cereals and value addition to cereals and grains, formulation of speciality products like food for diabetics, weaning food, beverages etc. Preparation of functional ingredients from cereals.
