Biography
She had worked in the area of product development from fruits and vegetables, worked in the area of post harvest technology of fruits and vegetables, sorked onminimal processing of fruits and vegetables, carried out work on wood apple, litchi post harvest as well as products, Irradiation of potatoes, Development of number of instant food products like instant jam mix and instant ketchup mix etc.
Research Interest
She was involved in the technology transfer of cftri technologies to the desired entrepreneurs, interacting with the customers, counselling of visitors regarding their doubts in the area of food.
