Dr. (Mrs.) Sumana Ghosh is currently a Senior Scientist in the department of Bioceramics & Coating Division CSIR Central glass and ceramic research institute India. She completed B.E. (Metallurgical Engineering), Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, Howrah, M.Tech. (Materials Science), Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.), Kharagpur and Ph.D. (Metallurgical and Material Engineering), Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
Research Interest
Metallization of ceramics, Ceramic to ceramic/metal joining, Microwave processing of materials, Formation of ceramic/glass-ceramic coating of predetermined properties on metallic substrate, Thermal barrier coatings.
