Lalan K Sinha is Currently a Principal Scientist in the department of Centre of Excellence on Soybean Processing and Utilisation division Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering, India. He completed Ph.D, PDF- Extrusion & Snack Food Technology at WSU-USA.
