Biography
Dr. V. Chandrasekar is a Scientist in the Department of Extension Information & Statistics at Central Institute of Fisheries Technology, India. His ongoing research projects includes Modelling studies for estimation of revenue based capacity & valuation of selected fishing systems and fish supply chain analysis (Co-PI), An assessment of the impact of S & T outputs of ICAR-CIFT on the socio-economic fabric of fisheries stakeholders (Co-PI), Assessing the role and impact of Fisheries Cooperatives in enhancing the livelihood and resource management capabilities of fisher folk in India (Co-PI).
