Dr P. Routray is currently a Principal Scientist in the department of Fish & Fisheries (Carp breeding) Central institute of fresh water aquaculture India. He completed B. Sc (Zoology) Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar 72.8 % Honours in Zoology with Distinction. 1st Rank in University (OUAT, Bhubaneswar) 1989 2 M.Sc.
