Biography
Ajaya Kumar Dhal, Scientist at Central Road Research Institute. Subsequent to completion of his Master Degree from NIT Rourkela in Structural Engineering . He has acquired extensive professional experience of more than 20 years in the field of Highway construction industries associated with various type of work i.e planning, design, material testing, execution, consultancy services and contract management etc. He has experience in administrating and handling nearly 20 construction of mega highway projects/ packages costing more than 100mn$ under NHDP projects experience covers conceptualization, planning, budgeting, design, contract procurement & project management of highways, bridges, rural roads and National Highways
