Biography
Mr. J. K. Goyal , a Civil Engineer with Post Graduation in Structural Engineering (First Class honor s ) from BITS Pilani has more than 22 years of professional experience in R&D and in th e execution of Mega C ivil Engineering Projects Shri Goyal has also hands on experience of 7 years in the execution of highways projects involving International Standards of Roads and Bridges and funded through multilateral agencies viz., Asian Development Bank, BOT and through PPP Model as well. He has been instrumental in awarding the Golden Quadrilateral (GQ) Projects from NHAI HQ falling in the Stretches of NH - 2, NH - 6, NH - 60 and NH - 5. He is well versed with the requirements of Model Concession Agreement on PPP and FIDIC conditions of Contract. So far, Shri JK Goya l has published more than 18 Research paper s in International and National Conferences and Journals

Bridge Health Monitoring Systems, Bridge Management and Rehabilitation of structures through sophisticated instrumentation and theoretical evaluations.
