Biography
SUDHIR MATHUR, Chief Scientist at Central Road Research Institute. He has been working in Central Road Research Institute, New Delhi, India since 1981 and has held the position of Scientist “B”, Scientist “C”, Scientist E - I, Scientist E - II, Scientist F and presently working as Scientist “G” and Advisor (Planning and Policy issues). Before being elevated to the position of advisor, he was Head of Geotechnical Engineering Division of the Institute. During this period besides some short foreign visits/assignments, he was sent on deputation to Government of Botswana, Africa. he had worked in Botswana as Senior Roads Engineer at Botswana Roads Department, Gaborone for a period of about 3 years from January 1998 to October 2000. He was also on deputation to National Highways Authority of India and worked there as Chief General Manager.
