Nanomaterials Based Field Effect Transistors & Field Emission Devices. 2. Nanoscale Electroluminescent & Photosensitive Devices. 3. Chip-scale Plasmonics & Quantum Emitters. 4. Near-field Cavities Coupled Plasmon Enhanced Photoluminescence & Raman Scattering. 5. Synthesis & Plasma Processing of Carbon Nanotube, Graphene and Single Crystal Diamond.
