Level/ Pre - Ph.D. ï‚· Ph.D. guidance: guided 20 Ph.D. students and another 5 are still working ï‚· Professor (since1999), Former Head & Dean, Faculty Of Education, University of Jammu. ï‚· Academic Coordinator in Central University of Jammu since Januray, 2015. ï‚· Heading the Department of Educational Studies, Central University of Jammu since April, 2015.
