Biography
Mr. Bilal Ahmad Ganai has done his M.A. in Political Science from the University of Kashmir in 2007. He qualified UGC-NET in Political Science in 2008. He completed his M.Phil from the same university in 2011 with 'A' grade on Ideological Origins of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Position on Article 370. He has also completed fourteen months of the Ph.D programme on the Hindutva Roots of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Policy on Jammu and Kashmir from the above-mentioned university and has kept it in abeyance after getting appointed as Assistant Professor (AP) in the Central University of Kashmir in 2012. He has benefitted from many workshops and orientation courses conducted by the academic staff colleges of many universities and especially the North-Western Regional Centre of the Indian Council of Social Science Research Chandigarh. He has also participated in many national and international conferences.
