Gulafroz Jan

Biography

Mrs. Gulafroz Jan is working as Assistant Professor in the Department since 2011. She has done Bachelors in Sciences from Govt. College for Women, Nawakadal, Srinagar and completed her LL.B and LL.M (gold medalist) from Faculty of Law, University of Kashmir. She qualified UGC NET in December 2005 and started her career as Lecturer from Kashmir Law College, Srinagar in 2006. From 2007 to 2011, she worked as Assistant Professor (Contractual) in the Faculty of Law at University of Kashmir. She has participated in number of national and international conferences and workshops. She has 12 research papers published in national and international law journals. Her areas of intrest include commrecial laws, women and law, and taxation laws. She is a life member of reputed societies and associations.
