Biography
Mr. Mashooq Ahmad Wani did his master’s degree in Law in 2013 from Kashmir University specializing in Corporate Law. He qualified the UGC-NET in Law in 2013.He had been earlier teaching in the Sopore Law College before joining the University in the year 2014. In addition to it, he had been part of the Bar at Srinagar during his one year stint as an Advocate of the J&K High Court. Mr. Mashooq has been teaching Procedural Law in the department. His core teaching areas are Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Contract Law, IPR, International Trade Law and Banking Law.
