Biography
Mr Faizan Mir is an alumnus of The Business School, University of Kashmir. He is UGC-NET qualified and pursuing his PhD in the field of Organisational Behaviour on the topic of Emotional Intelligence. He has served in the banking sector for a while and has attended banking related training programs. His academic interests are in the area of Organisational behaviour, HR. Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship Development. He has participated in national conferences, seminars, workshops and has eight Research papers to his credit and is presently the departmental coordinator for Culture,Tours & Events, Examination.
