Biography
Dr. Mudasir Bhat did Bachelors in Sciences (B.Sc) from S.P. College, Srinagar, LL.B from University of Kashmir, Srinagar, LL.M and PhD from Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has qualified UGC NET/JRF in December 2012. He has also done Diploma in Forensic Science and Criminology (DFSC) from Department of Anthropology, Panjab University, Chandigarh, secured first position and was awarded certificate of merit in 64th Annual Convocation of the Panjab University. Recently, he has been given Post Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) by Indian Council of Social Science Recearch (ICSSR), New Delhi. He has also successfully completed three Certificate Courses viz. Certificate Course in Cyber Laws (CCL) from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, Certificate Course in Medical Laws (CML) from Institute of Medicine and Law, Mumbai, Certificate Course in Intellectual Property Rights (CIPR) from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi,. He is a member of six (6) Learned Societies and Associations. He has two (2) books to his credit and contributed more than twelve (12) research articles in different reputed Journals and Magazines of the country. He also participated and presented research papers in more than thirty five (35) International and National Seminars/Conferences. His areas of interest are Forensic Science, Criminal Law, Procedural Laws and Environmental Law.
