Biography
Prof. Syed Fayyaz has more than 30 years experience in teaching, research and academic administration. His areas of special interest include Organizational Behaviour, Business Ethics and Management. He has contributed two books and scores of research papers in the field of Organisational behaviour, Business Ethics and Human Resource Management. Prof Fayyaz has supervised 15 PhD and 25 M.Phil scholars till date. He has organised a large number of national and regional level seminars, conferences and workshops. Prof. Fayyaz has served in many important positions including Dean Academic Affairs and Registrar of the University of Kashmir for a period of six years.
