Biography
Dr. Manikandan Rangaswamy received his Ph.D in Mathematics from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), India under the guidance of Prof. A. Krishnamoorthy. He also did M.Sc and M.Phil in Mathematics from the same university and B.Sc in Mathematics from Govt. College Chittur (University of Calicut, India). Prior to joining Central University of Kerala, he worked as Dr. D. S. Kothari Postdoctoral Fellow at Indian Institute of Science Bangalore, India, Visiting Scientist at Indian Statistical Institute Bangalore and KSCSTE Project Fellow at CUSAT. His research interests primarily lie in Stochastic Modelling & Analysis of Queueing/Inventory/Reliability Systems, Stochastic Control, Markov Decision Process, Applications of Stochastic Games in Queues
