Biography
After MSc in Biochemistry from Karnatak University, Dharwad and PhD in Biochemistry from University of Mysore (CFTRI), Mysore, Dr. Santosh R. Kanade had been working as postdoctoral research fellow in Case Western Reserve University Cleveland, OH, USA from Aug-2007to Sep-2008 and University of Maryland Baltimore, MD, USA. from Oct-2008-Dec-2011 before joining Central University of Kerala as assistant Professor in Biochemistry in the department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.He specialises in the following areas: Protein Biochemistry, Cell Signalling, Epigenetics. At present he is engaged in the project on study of environmental toxicants effect on epigenetic changes and cell signalling. At present 4 students are working for PhD under his guidance. He has 11 research articles
