• Mechanisms of carcinogenesis: role of environmental and genetic factors during carcinogenesis. • Role of mitochondrial miRNA in cancer progression and cell death. • Anticancer compound screening (natural as well as synthetic). • Targeting mitochondria for cancer treatment.
