Biography
Dr. Shubh Narayan Singh received Ph.D. degree from Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2012 (PhD Thesis Title: “Semi-Flower Automata”). His research focuses on the algebraic theory of automata and languages. In particular, he is interested in connections with Semigroup Theory, Graph Theory, and Automata Theory. He is the author of two reference papers. He has also been invited to deliver talk on “On the Rank of the Intersection of two submonoids of a free monoid” at the International Conference A^3: Abstract Algebra and Algorithms Conference, Eger, Hungary, August 14-17, 2011.
