Biography
AICR Project (post-doc work): Integrative analysis of (non) coding RNAs to identify serum markers for prostate cancer detection and outcome prediction. Colon Cancer Project (Ph.D. project): miRNA signature correlated with complete pathological response to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in locally advanced rectal cancer. Breast Cancer Project (Ph.D. project):“Gene expression profiling and prediction of response to hormonal neoadjuvant treatment with anastrozole in surgically treatable breast cancers.” Dr. Singh has publications in different International Journals of repute.
