Biography
Jainath Yadav joined the university in April, 2013. He has completed M. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2011. He is currently pursuing PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He has qualified Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), UGC-NET and GATE examinations. He obtained teaching assistantship (2009-2011) and research assistantship (June, 2011 to March, 2013) from IIT Kharagpur. He has contributed research papers in referred journals like IEEE Transactions on Audio Speech and Language Processing, IEEE Signal Processing Letters and International Journal of Speech Technology. He has published and presented papers in reputed international conferences. He attended WiSSAP (winter school on speech and audio processing) workshops organized at IIT Guwahati (2011), IISc Bangalore (2012) and IIT Madras (2013). He is member of IEEE.
Research Interest
Speech and Signal processing, Speech Synthesis, Speech Recognition, Emotions and expressive speech analysis.
