Biography
Dr. Kafeel Ahmad Naseem completed MPhil (Hasan Naim Ki Ghazal Goi ka Tanqeedi Jaiza) from JNU, New Delhi and MA (Urdu, Spl. Persian) from Patna University. He has also qualified UGC-NET and has completed Advanced Diploma in Urdu Mass Media from JNU, New Delhi. He has published two books 'Hasan naim Aur Nayee Ghazal' and 'Kulliyat-e-Hasan Naim'. He has also published a number of articles and reviews in reputed journals, newspapers and magazines. He has translated many reputed books from Hindi to Urdu and vice-versa. He has received many merit scholarships, prizes and honours in his career. Before joining CUB, he taught Urdu language literature (for three years) at SLL & CS/CIL, JNU, New Delhi. His present research interest includes 'Kulliyat-e- Akhter Urenvi' and 'Yaas Yagana Changezi'.
