Biography
Dr. R. Roopkumar joined as an Associate Professor in Mathematics, Central University of Kerala on 4th December 2015. He has 11 years of teaching experience and 16 years of research experience. Two research scholars were awarded Ph.D. degree in Mathematics under his guidance from Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He published 45 research articles in various reputed international/national journals and a book on Complex analysis through Pearson Education in 2014. He was awarded CSIR-JRF in 1999, CSIR-SRF in 2001, two best paper presentation awards from Indian Mathematical Society in 2004 and 2005, Young Scientist Award from DST, New Delhi in 2006 and Outstanding Scientist Award from IBC, Cambridge in 2008. He is serving as a Reviewer for AMS Mathematical Reviews, Referee for more than 25 international journals and a Joint Secretary for Kerala Mathematical Association.
