Biography
Yogendra Sharma is the Chief Scientist and Professor of Molecular Biology in Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology.
Research Interest
The research activities of the laboratory center around the understanding of diverse group of calcium-binding proteins with emphasis on the functional and structural requirement of calcium-binding. The families we are concentrating are neuronal calcium sensors (EF-hand superfamily) and bg-crystallin superfamily.
