Biography
Mr. Manoj Panda holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute. Before joining as Director, CESS, he was with the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai (1992-2008) and the National Council of Applied Economic Research, New Delhi (1982-92).

Computable general equilibrium models, Issues in poverty and human development, Environmental issues in economic development.
