Biography
R Rangachari, honorary research professor at CPR, is an engineer and expert on water policy and regional cooperation. He has served as a member of the Central Water Commission and additional secretary in the Ministry of Water Resources, among other roles. Mr Rangachari has written widely on water resources management and regional cooperation. He has a BE in civil engineering from Anna University in Chennai.
