Biography

Overview Recipient of Awards - The New Age Teacher Award, 2015, Faculty Excellence Award, Centurion University, 2013 I am presently leading the Media Resource Centre of the University and completely drawn in exploring the innovative teaching methods using the Centurion Learning Tablet, Android  Apps, OER and Realia. I am a member of English Language Teacher's Association of India ELT@I and Asia TEFL having a passion for life skills training. I have invested 17 years to teaching, mentoring, training and development and  stayed well-rounded combining academic excellence with leadership and work experience. By majoring in Linguistics and English Language Teaching and   with a concentration in 20TH C British Literature, I have been exposed to all facets of current demands of the time. I have chosen to actively participate and take on responsibility in student motivation and CSR activities. My interests in the challenging and hot areas encouraged me to work on  human performance technology and use lateral thinking as a communicative competency and capacity building technique. I have been a syllabi and e content designer for language and communication courses for BPO, PGDM, MBA, B.Tech. and other training courses. Research Interest

Interest I have an interest in deepening my understanding of lateral thinking and marshaling new ideas. I love to facilitate Soft Skills training programs Organise seminars and workshops. I constantly work to integrate technology in the classroom.
