Research Interest
My current thrust area is: Genomics Discovery, to translate applied genomics outcome into biomarker & gene products. Using Next Gen technology for genome sequencing, Expression profiling, microRNA, and computational genomics, I am making effort to answer some fundamental questions in bio system and to provide insight into complex genomes, and their regulation network. Also to understand how combination of four letters play pivotal role in organism function, health and disease.
