Biography
I am an INSPIRE faculty at the Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI). I have finished my PhD in June, 2016 from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, under the supervision of Professor Siddhartha Gadgil. My area of research is low-dimensional topology. I am interested in geometric, algebraic and combinatorial properties of curves on hyperbolic surfaces. I am also interested in the elementary theory of groups of geometric origin.
