Biography
Dr. Mathew Alexander joined the Faculty of the Department in 1992 after completing DM in Neurology from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology at Thiruvananthapuram. He has done a Neuromuscular fellowship at the Montreal Neurological Institute, Montreal, Canada in the years 1999 - 2001. He was a Visiting Observer at the Department of Electromyography of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Baltimore and Department of Electromyography at Massachussets General Hospital, Boston. His subspecialty interests are Neuromuscular disorders, Quantitative EMG including Single Fiber EMG and Neuroimmunology.
