Completion of two green-field projects comprising of seven factories at Sikkim and Indore. Setting of a robust organisational culture, learning and development culture, policies and practices, HR Systems, recruitment in a mass scale at all levels, developed HR team, managed industrial relations, administrative systems and set up etc.
