Pharmacist with a rich, profound experience of 14 years in all comprising of 5 years in formulation development in Cipla, Novartis & USV. Successfully developed the patent portfolio in companies like Glenmark & ROW2 Technologies for formulations & process development in 4 years.Presently into a talent acquisition profile in the pharma industry since 5 years. Interestingly headed the pharmaceutical vertical in a recruitment consultancy and lead a team of technical experts as well as performed as a Manager-Operations role with one of the largest executive search firms serving clients all across the globe.Partnered a growing search firm as an Operational Head.
