He was the successful owner/operator of one of South Carolina’s finest leisure club and resort properties. Mr. Penland has firsthand experience in club and resort operations. His background includes grounds and golf course maintenance, food and beverage, accounting, and hotel management. He specializes in strategic planning, member/guest surveys, operations, and staffing issues.
