- Preparing preliminary and final clearance report/FTO, including both the regulated and emerging markets. - Searching relevant prior arts against the potential patents for invalidity strategy. - Searching, analyzing and identifying important patents/ applications for different products. - Providing prior art search to find out the novelty and patentability of the invention for various pharmaceutical formulation using scientific and technical databases and other relevant patent site. - Drafting formulation patent for applying in India, US, EP and PCT and further prosecuting and amending the resp. patent application as per the requirements. - New product selection, planning and strategy discussion w.r.t. patents. - Litigation support to counsels w.r.t. FLBs
