Biography
Ms. Samina Vaziralli is the Executive ViceChairperson of Cipla, and represents the third generation of Cipla's founding family. An alumna of the London School of Economics, she has in the past worked in the UK and the US with leading global firms such as Goldman Sachs before joining the Cipla leadership team in 2011. Previously, Ms. Vaziralli was Executive Director and Global Head Strategy, M&A and Cipla New Ventures. She hasbeen instrumental in driving the company's current transformation agenda. Ms. Vaziralli played a key role in successfully incubating and shaping Cipla Health Limited, spearheaded Cipla’s ambitious foray into the US market with strategic acquisitions, and is committed to building a top class leadership pipeline for the company as it continues to spread its wings globally.
