Biography
Intrinsically motivated performer with an eye for detail and quest for knowledge. I believe in questioning the underlying assumptions and reasons for any new or existing initiative in an organization. One of my favorite quotes is by Albert Einstein: "Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex.....It takes a touch of genius - and a lot of courage - to move in the opposite direction." This very well summarizes my HR philosophy. I firmly believe in keeping it simple - based on science, empathy and common sense.
