Biography
Mr. J. K. Setna is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Mr. Setna retired from Ingersoll-Rand (India) Limited as the Chairman in 1993. Mr. Setna was on the Board of Tata Sons Limited from 1993 until his retirement in 2003. Mr. Setna is also a trustee of the N.M. Wadia Charities and its associated Trusts. He brings to the Board his rich experience and understanding of the Indian industry and consumer business. Appointed as a Director on the Board in 1978
