Exploration of microbial biodiversity with special emphasis on psychrophilic/psychrotolerant (extremophiles) bacteria and actinomycetes from coldest regions of Jammu & Kashmir – India for the biotechnological potential of their products., Isolation and characterization of endophytic bacteria / fungi from high value medicinal plants of Kashmir for their bioactives., Bioprospection of high altitude rare medicinal plants and standardization of their invitro regeneration protocols for mass multiplication.
