Hoshang N. Sinor

Biography

Mr. Hoshang is an independent director on the board since 2003 and a member of the Company’s Audit Committees and the Remuneration Committee. A veteran banker with a banking career spanning over four decades and retired as Jt. Managing Director of ICICI Bank in 2003. He thereafter ran the bankers trade body, Indian Bank’s Association, for over 5 years. He is currently the Chief Executive of Association of Mutual Funds in India.
