Henry Botha

Biography

 He is a Chartered Accountant and specialist business advisor working predominantly with small manufacturing and service companies. He has a depth of expertise in management accounting and corporate finance which he has built up through his work consulting to manufacturing and service companies since 1977.  Mr Botha has served on a number of public, private and not for profit boards. He is currently a director of Miga, an APRA regulated insurer.  He also has extensive knowledge of corporate governance as it applies to Australian small businesses and lectures widely in this field.  Mr Botha holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Natal and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
