Biography
A partner at M. H. Carnegie & Co, Kate has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate and legal advisor, specialising in mergers and acquisitions. Kate was a Director of Lazard Australia and Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Compliance at Lazard Australia for both private equity and corporate advisory, and also spent a number of years at law firms Mallesons and Freehills . Kate is Chairperson of Carsingha Investments (owner of the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park) and serves on a number of portfolio company boards. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Bond University.
