Sanjay Labroo is an Independent Director on the Board of the Company. Mr. Labroo is a Doon School alumnus and holds a dual Degree in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of Business & Finance, Pennsylvania, USA. Mr. Labroo is the Managing Director & CEO of Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS), the largest integrated glass company in India. AIS, a joint venture of the Labroo family, Asahi Glass Company Limited, Japan and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. was set up in 1986 and manufactures a wide range of international quality automotive safety glass, float glass, architectural processed glass, value-added glass and glass products. Mr. Labroo is the Chief Mentor of Young Business Leaders' Forum of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA). He is a Member of the Governing Council of University of Pennsylvania Institute for the Advanced Study of India (UPIASI). Mr. Labroo was a Director on the Central Board of Directors of the Reserve Bank of India (2007-11) and a member of the Board for Financial Supervision and Monetary Policy Committee. He was the President of ACMA and Chairman of All India Flat Glass Manufacturers' Association (AIFGMA) for 2007-2008. Mr. Labroo was the Chairman of the Architectural Glass Panel of All India Glass Manufacturers' Federation (AIGMF) for 2012-2013. Mr. Labroo is the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Risk and Audit Committee of the Company
