Biography
Invovled in detailed design / basic design of chemical plants. Proficient in conducting process safety assignments in areas such as safety audit, etc to International and national codes for chemical and Peto-chemical plants. Has expertise in several engineering application software’s such as SDRC-Ideas, ANSYS, K –Pipe stress analysis and CAESAR pipe stress analysis etc. Completed till now about 8 detailed / basic design projects. Member of PROSAC (Process Safety Center, IICT). Cmpleted about 25 process safety assignments for chemical and Petr-chemical plants which include Risk Analysis, HAZOP, Disaster Control Management Plan, On-Site emergency plans, Off-Site emergency Plans and Consequence analysis. Has good knowledge of the various design codes (ASME, TEMA) and Process safety codes ( IS : 14489, OISD 118, OISD 140, NFPA etc.). Has expertise in ANSYS, SDRC-IDeas, pipe stress analysis using K-pipe and CAESAR pipe stress software’s.
