Biography
Dr Pradosh was born on January 20th, 1966 in Agartala, the capital of Tripura, a beautiful state situated at the north eastern part of India. He is an oil technologist by training and has experience in working on membrane separation techniques. Pradosh has keen interest in Music and Games and Sports. did his early schooling and passed the Madhyamik examination from Khowai Government Higher Secondary School. He passed Higher Secondary examination from Netaji Subhash Vidyaniketan at Agartala. Then he moved to Kolkata and completed his Bachelors with Honours in Chemistry from Ramakrishna Mission Residential College, Narendrapur. He pursued his M. Tech. in Oil Technology from University College of Science and Technology, University of Calcutta. After the masters, he joined University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT, Presently known as ICT), University of Mumbai for his doctoral research and worked on membrane separation techniques for degumming of vegetable oils.
