Biography
Dr. Pravin Likhar is presently working as a Senior Principal Scientist at the Department of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry, (Organometallic Group) of the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad. After obtaining the master degree in Inorganic Chemistry, He was appointed as Junior Scientist in CSIR- IICT, Hyderabad. He did his Ph.D work at IICT, Hyderabad and obtained the doctoral degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad in 2003. He then spent one year duration in Technical University of Graz, Austria as postdoctoral fellow. He worked under ''CHIRALE SILANE'' project funded by Austrian Science Foundation. He has also visited as a visiting scientist at Rennes1 University, Rennes, France and Bordeaux University, Bordeaux, France.

Synthesis, characterization and evaluation of various transition metals supported catalyst, Organometallic Chemistry and its applications in bioorganometallic, catalysis, smart materials, Homogeneous Catalysis
