Research Interest
Reconstruction of monsoon variability, sea surface temperature, sea surface salinity, carbonate and carbon fluctuations in the Indian Ocean in order to understand: 1. the forcing mechanism of Indian Monsoon at different time scales 2. future climate changes determined by the collective influence of natural variability and human influences. 3. link between climate change and carbon inventory of oceans.
