Research Interest
Marine archaeological explorations for the study of ancient submerged ports and sunken shipwrecks to understand and protect underwater cultural heritage. Study of traditional boat building and navigational techniques of Indian Ocean Countries. Study of shoreline changes, coastal erosion with reference to marine archaeological evidences. Study of structural remains off Mahabalipuram. resently working on the coasts of Southern Peninsular India on submerged ports and shipwrecks.
